The only things that need improving is recognising your product orders on shopify, not all my orders. Also the website when searching is very difficult, because once you go back, it deletes your search and you have to start all over again.

Just made a couple of sample orders, everything went smoothly. I still have a few issues.. like when qouting, I do not see important information like shipping fees for different countries. The customer support is a bit slow but not too bad..

Je suis vraiment satisfait(e) de cette plateforme. Eprolo est facile à utiliser, même quand on débute en e-commerce. L’intégration avec la boutique en ligne est simple et rapide, et la gestion des produits se fait sans prise de tête.

Le gros point fort pour moi, c’est le rapport qualité/prix : pas de frais cachés, des tarifs compétitifs et un large choix de produits. Les délais de traitement sont corrects et le suivi des commandes est clair, ce qui rassure aussi mes clients.

Le service client est réactif et à l’écoute quand on a une question ou un souci. C’est une solution fiable pour le dropshipping, que je recommande à ceux qui veulent se lancer ou développer leur boutique en ligne sereinement.

They are really trying and to sync your product to Shopify is very fast and easy. The only thing I noticed is that the weight in kg or grams is not sync directly with the product. That’s the only reason am give 4 stars. I hope they fix that asap. but for the rest is awesome. Give it a try and see for yourself.

Very good dropshipping service that stands out for its efficiency and reliability. Tammy is incredibly cooperative, responsive, and fast in resolving queries, ensuring a smooth experience. Sometimes the prices go slightly higher than others but mostly competitive prices and seamless order management. It would be great if they could set price quotation automatically whenever a new order is synced. Anyway, a great and reliable dropship alternative for online businesses.

EPROLO was easy to setup in my Shopify Store and account manager Ashley has been very helpful with sourcing, pricing and fulfillment status' requests. Much easier to set up than I thought it would be and impressive inventory to choose from

Has been great so far, my only complaint is the processing times - I was expecting much faster shipping times, which is the case - however, I'm finding many of the packages are in processing for at least 3-6 days before the tracking information finally updates to show the package is now on route. This means that items are arriving in around the same timeframe as AliExpress which is a shame.

However, the ease of use, the custom branding & more still makes this an excellent alternative to AliExpress - I will also say that Bella, my agent has been absolutely amazing throughout & helping with anything I could possibly need.

Wendy provided great support! Fast, reliable, on point! Wendy would sure get 5 stars from me. As for the app - I wish they improve their product search a bit, as well as clear marking of what is out of stock or unavailable.

I recently had an issue with a shipment and contacted EPROLO's customer support. They were incredibly helpful and responsive. They not only solved my problem but did so with great professionalism and efficiency. I'm very happy with the level of service and support they provide
