This app is so much better than other providers. The products have great descriptions already and you get the option to add your logo to packaging and packing tape.
The ordering process is so much simpler than other providers too.
Delivery time is quicker and the whole process is simple.

So far I am quite pleased with Eprolo. Irving has been very helpful with all of my questions on products. I email him quite often and he has never once missed replying to me. I am hoping to have have my website go live on Sep 1st so I will revisit my review after I do test orders. One thing that is a little frustrating is that when an item imports into my Shopify, the weight changes from g to lbs but the number is not converted so I have to manually put it back to g. I wish I would have researched their AliExpress importing better. I wasn't aware that the price and shipping of those items aren't correct until you send a test order to Eprolo for a price quote. So I have quite a bit of editing ahead of me. But as long as Shipping and ordering run smoothly, I will continue to utilize Eprolo.

Easy to use and response time is within 24 hours. Loving is so far. I am fairly new. The product selection is good.

I have been working in the Eprolo app for a month now and decided to use them exclusively for my dropshipping business. The fact that I can both sourse from Aliexpress and use Eprolos own product catalog is very convenient - and still be able to ship my customers order in one package even if a customers total order is a mix of both sourced and Eprolo products. Their customer support is also very friendly and informative - which is a succsess factor for both them and my business working togheter. I have not yet launched, so will have to wait and see how the process goes in reality, but so far I am very impressed.

I'm a new drop shipper and I feel like I'm in a good start with Eprolo. Very user-friendly platform and has a very good service. My assigned agent, Dan, is very prompt to reply whenever I have questions. Quick to source the product that I am looking for and so far I am happy and excited about my partnership with them.
