EPROLO‑Dropshipping & Branding

Its useful & fast app for products adding. It will be more helpful for my store if I can remove the Eprolo written name on the top of my product.

Apprezzo l'attenzione, la cura con cui l'area dedicata all'assistenza si pone nei miei confronti. Rispondono velocemente ai miei messaggi e fino ad ora hanno sempre trovato una soluzione ad ogni problema o disguido. Molto diligenti.

Anche nella ricerca di prodotti all'esterno della piattaforma si sono mostrati molto diligenti ed efficaci. Mi è capitato di fare diverse richieste nel merito e confesso che mi sono trovato molto bene.

L'unico appunto da muovere è nella tempistica un po' dilatata nella spedizione di alcuni prodotti, anche se nel mio caso, visto che faccio richiesta di prodotti non presenti nel loro inventario, può essere comprensibile.

In ogni caso, valutando tutti gli aspetti e criticità, mi trovo bene con Eprolo.

I just started working with them and so far they have been reliable, Every complaint I had was resolved within 24 hours.

I do not have much to say yet as I have not fully launched my store! However, the communication and response with my agent is pretty great! Once my business take off and I have been with them long enough I would be back to give a better review! For now, as a beginner its a great place to start!

I have go thru the description / 5-8 days delivery USA-UK i said great / .
I have checked over 20 items form last 4-5 minutes i haven't saw delivery from 5-8 day . no where near 5-8 days delivery ..

Yes indeed it has nice products and good profit margins but ... if my customer see delivery time up to a month he will simply go to aliexpress / dhgate etc.. and will order from there . Believe me they all know how to do it . if you advertise 5-8 days i think this supposed to mean 5-8 days not 15-30 days .

Don't get me, wrong guys. I'm giving 2 stars because of the delivery times you stated and actual delivery times . othrwise ill give 5 stars

Was little bit of learning curve but the app works a treat, Strongly recommend it to you for your dropshipping business

Hi, I have only started using Eprola for my shopify store. Paul has been assisting me with any questions. So far the service has been excellent. There are some great products. Its a pity they dont supply pet food.

Overall, I like the products and customer service offered by eprolo. And also the behavior of customer support executives were also good for quick resolution

The product variety is great and my account manager talks directly to me. I really like this app because the selection of products. I highly recommend this app because shipping is about 10 days.

I like the product & shipping options so far. Its pretty straight forward. I'll come back once an order is placed.
