Erplain B2B Sales & Inventory

Après de longue recherche et de devis sur les solutions en ligne et non en ligne. Celle-ci répond à 90% de mes besoins et est peu couteuse au final. Je peux enfin gérer mes stocks, mes achats (commandes de réapro ) Le catalogue en ligne est super pour les réassorts facile. Fini les commandes sorti de sms ou mails à retranscrire en bon de commande. Je gagne considérablement du temps. L'équipe technique est très présente pour vous aider à le mettre en place. Le seul point faible est de ne pas pouvoir une assistance téléphonique pour les urgences. Je recommande a 100% cette solution miracle

We have worked with Erplain for almost 3 years, starting out with their beta as an early adopter. Erplain is great to work with in combination with Shopify for us due to the value you get for the price. Our store is used for internal use, primarily selling paints and supplies that we will mix ourselves. Erplain is able to track all of our products from creation to mixing/labelling and selling out the door. The only feature that erplain lacks that we would find useful is CSV imports, but we use Shopify for that for the most part. The support team is fantastic and has worked with us for dozens of emergency fixes when something goes wrong on our end and taking our feature requests seriously. I'd seriously recommend erplain as a viable option for 99% of stores.

After using a different system for almost a year with poor results, I was amazed to see that only two weeks after using Erplain, we had gone live and were using it without any issues. It's clean, easy to understand and really accessible, even for staff who have never used a stock and warehouse management system. The integration with Shopify is seamless. We were able to import all our products directly from Shopify, it works perfectly with Shopify Point of Sale as well as with shopify orders online. We're delighted with it and within a week, the entire staff was using it and enjoying its benefits. No long training needed, no expensive onboarding, almost plug in and go. I do wish it would have accounting connectivity with XERO, our accounting software, but apparently it's on the cards!
