Having amazing rates is just a bonus. What really sets them apart is the incredible customer service! Irene, Amanda and Alex are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I would recommend them over and over again.

Best shipping rates we've seen so far! Tentative staff, especially our account manager, Zahera! She and her team are always available to communicate and address any issues, and they go above and beyond to help our business.

Easy to set up, great rates and excellent service. I was able to download the app and start shipping the same day. Within 24 hours, a dedicated rep phoned me to on board and get me started.

eShipper is a great platform for discounted shipping rates. It connects easily with Shopify and pulls in orders onto their platform and labels created with a few clicks. I've got 30-40% lower rates than the Shopify shipping rates and the best thing is you are not limited to Canada Post. You save time and money with eShipper.

eShipper has done a phenomenal job by going above beyond to meet the needs of our organization. Friendly staff, great customer service, great platform and cheap shipping made working with them a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them.

We made a significant move to eShipper the week prior to BFCM, and despite a few hiccups in the early days (volume related) their customer service has been outstanding. Now that shipping has settled back into the "norms" we are seeing strong execution and support.
There is much to accomplish yet, and we are adding shipments to extend our relationship, but I feel the team at eShipper is supportive of our vision.

I've been working with Ahmad Al Abid for over 3 years and he's always responsive and attentive. He helped me reduce shipping cost and integrated my store to the eShipper app which streamlined my shipping process and made my life much easier. After 4 years of working with him and eShipper I can confidently recommend any business owner to work with him and eShipper. The service is great and extremely reliable. I love the app, I should've made the switch from eCommerce long time ago. It all syncs through to eShipper seamlessly.

We are sorry to hear that you had to deal with several shipping adjustments (additional fees) and understand how frustrating it must be for you. We try our level best to make sure no customer has to go through this but carrier-related adjustments are unfortunately not in our control. As discussed with you earlier, although most of these charges were carrier related & valid, we have refunded several of these payments as we truly value your business and empathize with your situation. Our teams have been constantly working with you to rectify all the issues you have found in your audit report. Please know that your Account Manager as well as our Escalations team continue to be highly involved in the entire process with the carriers as well. We’d greatly appreciate the opportunity to resolve all your issues and hence have requested for a call with you involving our senior management. We are confident to work out a resolution for you with your cooperation.

I had some communication and trust issues with the assigned young and fearless "account manager", but Imtiaz (his boss) was involved in the case immediately and resolved it professionally and respectfully.
Honestly, it is a good platform. We've worked with more than 5 similar shipping service providers and eShipper is one of the best for seamless integration with Shopify. The most competitive pricing that we've noticed are UPS and DHL in many cases, and even Purolator once in a while.
Overall I would recommend the service. It's definitely worth trying.
Such a shame that it could have been a 5-star.
