Great rates for customers and easy to install and use. The customer service reps are very responsive and helpful.
I would recommend e-shipper. The ease for us and our customers is wonderful. I'm still figuring out a few bugs but I am working with Maui Malonzo in tech support who is so responsive, well informed and always follows up - which is great. And Komal Puri my rep who calls me back at all hours!
The information migrates quite well from Shopify to the e-shipper site but some fields are frustrating. It will auto-populate incorrect info so I'm hoping they get this fixed.
But overall very happy.
Stay Away, Nothing but problems out of the gate. App didn't work properly, unable to show customer info, and Nothing but issues. I managed to ship a few packages and was double-billed for one. Then apparently there were some system issues and incorrect shipment details were displayed, eshipper tried to charge me an additional $576 due to their system error. Still dealing with customer service to refund over a dozen additional charges that were not authorized. What a nightmare.
I definitely ran into some issues with this service but mostly it came down to rates quoted not being final shipping rates. Overall, the rates are not competitive with rates you can negotiate yourself. And I really disliked the adjustments made and how they would just 'charge to my card'.
Their team did go above and beyond to keep my business though.
Did not integrate very well with Shopify. Created all kinds of headaches for us despite their timely customer service. Loss money on mismatched shipping rates. Deleting app today!
Only for Canadian customers. Wish they would specify that before I took the time to download it and give them all my information
