After many years of good service, suddenly, in September 2024 everything changed:
- New buggy and unpolished app;
- Suddenly, cannot purchase Canada Post label anymore... Arguing that we need to deposit all our daily package to 45mn from our place and not at Canada Post directly anymore.
- Pricing of UPS also skyrocket in September 2024 without any reason.
Sorry to see sunch a decline in what used to be a very good entreprise.
This app helped us reduce our shipping cost by over 50% and made it easier for us to export to the USA. Amazing rates, great customer service. Highly recommend!
