I don't usually find an app that fulfils all my requirement. But this is the APP that you are looking for.

The brand fonts and stickiness functions did not work but within 1 day, Zydrunas from their support team helped fix it.

I prefer a good support team than a 100% bug free app (which is impossible anyways) so am giving these guys 5 stars.
