The app has been working like a charm. I encountered my first issue today on view count after upgrading my plan, which was quickly addressed and resolved by Wendyle. The prompt response and resolution was much appreciated, thank you.

Excellent app and outstanding support experience.
We were facing an issue with our countdown timer placement on the product page, and Matas from the Essential Apps support team resolved it very quickly. He identified that the old timer ID was still connected and updated everything correctly without needing unnecessary access to our store.
The app works well, looks great on our Shopify store, and the support was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Highly recommend this app to other Shopify merchants looking to add urgency and improve conversions.

Countdown Timer'daki 'gün' kısmını hem üst çubuk hem de ürün sayfası zamanlayıcılarından kaldırmak istiyordum. Destek ekibinden Wendyle Hanım, çok hızlı ve etkili bir şekilde yardımcı oldu. Hatta ürün sayfasındaki zamanlayıcının farklı bir ayarda olduğunu (belirli bir tarihe geri sayım) fark edip, nasıl değiştirmem gerektiği konusunda açıklama yaptı ve ben değişikliği yaptıktan hemen sonra 'gün' kısmını benim için kaldırdı.
