Great customer service. Asif and the other customer service have gone into my shopify account fixed all the issues I had and then sent me screen shots on what they fixed so next time it happens I can fix it. It was my issue on how I saved things and they still have the patience to fix it for me. I highly recommend the app even for just the customer service alone!

I had launched my site and the 3 grid galleries I was using ran perfectly on desktop. However, they would not load on mobile. I quickly reached out to them over their live chat and their team solved the problem with a quick collaboration. I did not have to do anything but reach out and the problem was solved. If you are ever having a similar issue, reach out to them and they are very quick to reply and help solve the problem.
