Essential Grid Gallery

I can’t say enough good things about Essential Grid Gallery! The app makes my website look polished and professional — it’s exactly what I needed to showcase my product collections in a clean, modern layout.

Their support team was incredible — they went above and beyond to help me customize my grid and make sure everything matched my brand perfectly. Setup was simple, and the end result completely transformed the look of my homepage.

Loving this app! It really has helped us add the additional functionality to our store that we needed, and it's easy to use. Another added bonus is that the tech team are quick to answer any questions and assist when you get stuck.

This app is great, the variety of plans allow for easy integration depending on what you need. I got a little stuck in set up and their support staff was extremely helpful, quick to reply, and get my gallery looking exactly how I wanted it.

I had launched my site and the 3 grid galleries I was using ran perfectly on desktop. However, they would not load on mobile. I quickly reached out to them over their live chat and their team solved the problem with a quick collaboration. I did not have to do anything but reach out and the problem was solved. If you are ever having a similar issue, reach out to them and they are very quick to reply and help solve the problem.

Great customer service. Asif and the other customer service have gone into my shopify account fixed all the issues I had and then sent me screen shots on what they fixed so next time it happens I can fix it. It was my issue on how I saved things and they still have the patience to fix it for me. I highly recommend the app even for just the customer service alone!

Had some minor issues starting out but support was very helpful in identifying and correcting the issues. They also made suggestions for better optimization. Highly recommend!

Every single question I've asked in their chat - regardless of the time of day/night - or because I really can be lazy and not read the documentation - is answered immediately and ALWAYS resolved. I love using Essential Grid Gallery! I am finally able to display my products in a beautiful way. Displaying gorgeous product images with a secondary image while hovering the product image and linking directly to my product buy window. The gallery is easliy customable and is so much better than other app I have used in the past. And the customer support so far has been top notch and super responsive! I could not be more pleased:) Thank you:)

Very happy with this app to create portfolio galleries. There's a lot of options and customisation available and it looks great once you're fully set up. I had a few teething problems and support were very helpful and really quick to answer my questions.
