Essential Preorder & Presale

Great app for preorder functionality. The only feature I would recommend adding to the service is an automated email/update to clients after a few days. Just keeping the client in the loop about manufacturing or the process.

So far it works well. It's non intrusive and you can make separate campaigns and add it to specific collections. Very handy! The only thing I've noticed is that it doesn't show up when you click details on the product and you get the small pop-up product page to add to cart or buy now, instead of preorder.

So far this app is great. The setup is a little clunky, and I'd like to just be able to tag a product preorder or something like that, but for free I will certainly accept this very minor shortcoming.

I'm migrating from Woocommerce to Shopify & am weary of all these new paid for apps here in the App store.

This plugin is super straightfoward. It even has split payments & can work for back orders & pre-orders - genuinely shocked at how easy it is to set up & deploy.

And they even have a super easy to follow video that explains all the parts.

I'm very pleased with how quick and easy this was to set up for a pre-launch...
This will be my first real attempt at a crowdfunding so I will update my experience as the campaign progresses..

Although I sell art craft designs etc, I'm very pedantic with which apps I use that oversell their service (and cut corners that affect Lighthouse Web Vitals) and I have high respect for Essential Apps with how they've built this service entirely in-house with the Shopify Admin panel succeeding in where many other apps fail (even with external hosting of their own services)

Super easy to install, intuitive to use and exactly what I needed to manage upcoming product drops on my store.
What really made the difference though was the support. Big shoutout to Matas from the team - he was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a seamless way to handle pre-orders.

We are currently using this app and they have everything what we want.
It would be nice if instead of just a date of payment or pay within so many days, you could put pay on pickup and or pay on delivery.
But that is a little detail because the App works amazing!

Things are hard to find, and the app isn't particularly user-friendly, but with the help of Zydruna, I figured everything out in under 10 minutes.

Simple, straightforward, with the right amount of styling options / customization - it's a rare thing to find a Shopify app that 'just works'
