After checking locally in the US and Australia, I found that everywhere the same (wrong) delivery time is displayed exactly as in Germany. The support had 30 days to get the problem under control - which did not happen. So now I've paid for an app that not only didn't do anything, but probably scared off buyers. Very disappointing! ADDITION: I was horrified to find this non-functioning app is STILL on my site (even after deleting all cookies and cashe data), even though I uninstalled it weeks ago!!! So it won't even uninstall cleanly! I STRONGLY advise against this app!

If you have different shipping times for different products this app is great. The customer support is one of the best on Shopify apps.

It works very well, the costumer service is amazing. It really boost off my sales !

Mariadel was very helpful and after the problems I was experiencing with the app she requested permission for a tech guy to have some access to my store to allow the delivery zones to be displayed on my site, as there was some issues with the app working with my site initially. The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars is because of the technical issues to begin with. 5 star service though.
The application is easy to use and the features are very useful. The support is responsive and competent.
best app in the game. has everything you need from showing the delivery time on product page and cart!

We have been using the estimated delivery app for about a month now and we are more than happy both with the funcitonality and the customer support! The team was very friendly and quick to address issues and bugs within 24 hours. The app is easy to use, offers the option of setting different estimated delivery dates for products and collections as well as setting dates manually as holidays so that they are not counted in the calculation. All in all it is a brilliant app and we highly recommend it! Thank you UpperCommerce :)

Lisa is very impressive. Her customer service is great. All my issues were solved immediately and I did not have wait for response. thanks Lisa
