App works well and once you get the hang of it, it functions exactly as required. The support is fantastic and has helped me several times. Their help menus could be better written for some of the harder to use features to save their support team questions that should be answered within the app. I would recommend it.

*** IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOCATION on your shopify-- but only ship online orders from a specific location, you do not want this APP. For example, we have a warehouse and a brick and mortar store. This app publishes the inventory to both on etsy, allowing etsy customers to buy stuff we have in store but not at the warehouse. Which caused a complete mess for us during the holidays. We kept the app for a few months b/c we thought they would get that fixed after we voiced our concerns, but it hasn't happened yet, so we are switching apps.

Firstly, I don't write reviews unless my expectations have been exceeded, and this app and customer service have BOTH exceeded my expectations!

THE APP

The app has clearly had a lot of tuning done to it to make it a smooth operator. In this case, 'set it and forget it' is a true slogan that actually works! Once you spend a little time going through the tabs and understanding what your preferences are, it is a simple app to understand and not a fragmented, frustrating learning curve many apps put you through. I would go as far as to say, it's a refreshing and enjoyable experience to have had.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had the help and assistance of the most patient and polite man called RONEX. He is more than worthy of a special mention as he tackled my onslaught of questions and talking. Calmly and patiently, Ronex walked me through every tab to see if I had all my settings correct according to what I wanted, but also according to the requirements of the app to work as smoothly as it does and sync correctly with my Etsy shop. All things are working like a dream, so thank you to you Ronex.

My 5 star experience is not everybody's experience, and won't be everybody's experience, but we all have to deal with apps for just about every facet of building and running a business nowadays. I can honestly say, this app is well put together, the developers and customer service department know what you're trying to achieve and help you without the frustration and hard work.

It is the best app available for connecting Shopify and Etsy together. Ability to sync inventory, sales and changes to listings is a game changer. I rate it 4.5 stars instead of 5 only because user interface isn't great but it certainly gets the job done and their customer service is fast and helpful in responding.

I am so excited about listing on Etsy. This is just what I need; all my friends tell me I need to be on Etsy but I spend lots of time curating my Shopify site. Krishna was very helpful getting me started, asking me for help before I knew I needed it. Thank you so much, I look forward to using your app.

Edit: I continue to use them. The app works flawlessly. I can choose to SEO-optimize my Etsy titles without altering my Shopify titles, which is huge. The customer support is right there in the chat if you need them, super fast, responsive, and great communicators.

I've been experiencing some issues with syncing from shopify to etsy and also uploading new products for syncing across. I went onto chat and Pratik picked up my message for help. What can I say!! Pratik went above and beyond to help me. I'm not too bad with technology but only on things that I need to know. Pratik set up a google meeting and helped me to share my screen. He then went through each issue I have been getting, resolving each one, giving me clear instruction. If there was more Pratik's in the world, we all would be much happier. Thank you so much for your help. Pratik is a credit to your company.

Excellent integration software. The support team are very easy to contact and respond via chat promptly. Ronex was incredibly helpful helping me with an enquiry which improved my Etsy shop catagory. Thanks

5 star for customer service. And the app capabilities all pretty good aside from having to download ALL my products every time I import (as opposed to selecting only the new items). But this is in development. Some issues due to shopify restrictions (not the app).

I have not been using the app long, but I have been impressed with support. I have had a couple of problems as you might expect with any new app, but both issues were resolved.
A couple of weeks on and using it often, highly recommended.

Great integration, better than the offical Tiktok sales channels API (I know it's a different platform, but just for reference). Pratik at support is very helpful
