Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I would highly recommend Exportfeed! I use it daily to sync and manage my Shopify and Etsy store. Since the beginning, Kabin and his team has been incredibly supportive and available to answer any questions that I had. Their customer support is top-knotch. Gabin is patient, friendly and poses excellent customer service skills. He took the time to take me step by step educating me through the process to show me where I had made the error and resolved my issue with easy.

This was the only app I was able to find that could transfer data from Shopify to Etsy, many can do the opposite while I need this exact ability to export listings from my Shopify store to Etsy. I contacted the support and while there was a delay in responding due to time difference (we are in different zones), they got back to me and called to walk me through the set up. There is a learning curve but nothing cumbersome or beyond the ability of an elementary school student to comprehend. I would say with little patience for the customer service to get back to you, this app does what it states. The person's name who helped me was Rudra and he was very patient and professional.

Great app, a fantastic time saver to help upload all my products from Shopify to Etsy. Orders come straight through from Etsy with barely any delay and then integrated directly into my online orders through Shopify. Great for allowing me to control all my orders in one place.
Some minor issues in syncing products that have been updated after uploading into Etsy but great customer service from the support team resolved the issue really quickly.

Highly Recommend this company. They are new but their tech support is awesome! I love the live chat feature. Darpan helped me out as a new user and he was able to guide me remotely via Google Meet to how to use the app. Great customer service is so appreciated since it's rare nowadays.

It has been a life saver! I no longer have to go back and fourth between the two platforms. I have ran into a few issues, but every time I simply click to chat and have the pleasure of speaking with Surya S. a few times now.
