After installing the app and linking it with Etsy I had some questions around how to sync the orders.

This is my first time using software like this for my Shopify Store. I am sending my items from Shopify to Etsy. So far it has been good as it is my first day. I did have one error but I used the chat to speak with someone about it and they immediately responded. I am in the trial phase of this and will give an update after my trial end date. So far it has been an easy and good experience.
