As soon you understand how it works, everything is very smooth. Thank you to Jillian that helped me to better understand the calculated shipping detail for the synchronization.
I'm looking for an app to automate cross listing items to etsy. This app is pretty bad. The first upload was clumsy but it did get everything over to etsy. Everything was mis-categorized so I had to go manually change the age of the others. But after that initial upload, nothing updated. It's a terrible interface and doesn't seem to even update anyway.
Update: They have reached out me to try to update things to work better so I am trying it again and will update my review.
Genius!!! Great App and the support it´s very effective, i only have a little trouble in the charge of the feed but it was solved quickly by the support staff. Thanks!.
Waste of time! It wasn't even able to upload our feed, we spent 3 days trying and nothing! No solution from the support, that, by the way, is terrible, always offline on the chat and no answers from email.
The support is not responding, the service is very poor. I would not recommend.
Very nice app with clean workflow to sync between Shopify and Etsy. Support person was really awesome who helped me walked through everything, answered all my questions to my satisfaction :)

I am a beginner with Etsy and so far it has been super easy to navigate and when I did have any questions, the contact us button took me to Jillian B. who went above and beyond with answering all of my questions.
This app is great, Surya linked everything for us with the integration between shopify and etsy and it worked flawsley.
Really happy we went with this app as it is 1/2 the price of competitors but just as good, if not better.
Look forward to these guys bringing out app for eBay intergration.

This app does not work if you already have products on Etsy and if they have variations that do not exactly or precisely match the ones on Shopify. Also if you do not have SKUs on Etsy that would match with the ones on Shopify, this app will not be able to sync your products. However, they do respond very quickly if you need assistance. Since we had hundreds of products without SKUs on Etsy, we were not able to use this app.
