Outstanding customer support! I had trouble setting up the app and they went above and beyond the normal expectations. I highly recommend this app and the customer support team backing it up.
Waste of time! It wasn't even able to upload our feed, we spent 3 days trying and nothing! No solution from the support, that, by the way, is terrible, always offline on the chat and no answers from email.
The support is not responding, the service is very poor. I would not recommend.

Once you figure it out and get through the initial setup, it's pretty easy to use and seems solid so far. Setting up the shipping options gets a little confusing at first but overall simple to use and seems fairly robust on the syncing.
