Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I've been experiencing some issues with syncing from shopify to etsy and also uploading new products for syncing across. I went onto chat and Pratik picked up my message for help. What can I say!! Pratik went above and beyond to help me. I'm not too bad with technology but only on things that I need to know. Pratik set up a google meeting and helped me to share my screen. He then went through each issue I have been getting, resolving each one, giving me clear instruction. If there was more Pratik's in the world, we all would be much happier. Have been using this app for almost an entire year and it was worked flawlessly. Occasionally, the steps to do something won't be as clear as I'd like, but I've never not been able to do what I needed and it'd probably be clear if I'd just spend more time with it.

App does not require any regular action from me. It just works happily in the background. Only when adding new products do I need to do something.

The only time I needed customer support, they were amazingly helpful. I wasn't experiencing issues, just had a question. I reached out to them via their chat support. My question was answered quickly and accurately.

Pretty straight forward integration. Had an issue and received a quick response. Krishna helped me resolve my issue quickly.

So far all has been working out and support is right there for you if needed.

This app is an absolute game changer.

This app is easy to use and the customer support has been great. I would recommend getting a tutorial on the use before syncing so you understand how the syncing works.

Awful. Etsy customer care is disorganized and consistently references Shopify - for just the basic setup. Shopify's app chat only responds to "contact Etsy".

Just a miserable experience. Avoid this app and save the headache.

This is exactly how all apps should be. They are very helpful and willing to chat and even do a live call to help with any problems or questions you may have. To tell you the truth, I really have had no issues moving our products over to our ETSY store. I am doing it by moving them over by collections and it really is very simple. It is such a time saver and I recommend using this app plus they offer everything that other ETSY integration apps do and have the best price.

We are newly using the app and have amazing results with it. For us it was a game changer and facilitated our work with etsy, which was done manually before. And when first having issues with synchronisation - didn't finde the button ^^ - the customer support helped us out in the blink of an eye. Totally recommendation!
