The app is the best I've found for putting my Shopify inventory on Etsy. It isn't perfect and honestly I'd give it four stars, but whenever I've needed assistance customer service has contacted me quickly and resolved the problem which gets it that extra star!

this is the only app we could find to support the specific export requirements for our Rakuten LinkShare product feed. It's taken awhile to tweak and update but customer support has been very helpful in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that come up. I've found that it's more helpful to communicate specific issues via email rather than the chat, and although there is a time difference with the US, I always receive a reply and constant communication until an issue is resolved!

I've been using this app for awhile (about a year) and it's been working well for me. Their customer service is great. I just pop into the chat and someone is always there to help. Tonight I used the chat feature and Darpan C. solved my issue in less than 10 minutes. No complaints here. I would recommend this app to you all.

I was having problems with syncing a couple of items properly. The support I received from Nirmal & the team was 100%+++++. They took the time to understand the problem and then kept me informed of what was happening along the way. It is worth the cost of the app. They go above and beyond with customer service. I've been using this app for about 6 months now, and it's easy, intuitive, no-fuss, and when I cause issues by deleting a product where I shouldn't or mismatching skus, this app makes it easy for me to fix my mistake. My orders come over from Etsy to Shopify seamlessly so I can see everything I need to ship all in one spot. I've never even needed to contact support, but I like knowing that they are there. A must-have for my store!
