Even though there were minor hiccups along the way - mostly because of my learning curve - support was always there to help. The app is well worth the money, as etsy doesn't allow bulk upload, and the app does just that, uploading your product in bulk from your shopify store.

Ronex was so helpful in helping me integrate products from Shopify to Etsy and also to correct the name of my store. He was patient and explained everything very well. The App is definitely helping me make sales.
