Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

So far so flipping cool.....easy to use and it works, Uploaded all my products and it works 100% The best bit is that it's really easy to use. I'm not technical but this has all the hallmarks of a great app.

Excellent service by Kabin. Fixed all my problems I had, and scheduled a Gmail meeting so we can share screen.

This app has been great for me to integrate my shopify shop to Etsy, which saved me from having to upload all the products and descriptions to Etsy. This system works in easy harmony with shopify, so any order from Etsy is processed as if it was going through shopify. Really great! It took me a little bit of time to figure out the set up, although I did manage to do it, and then got some great support from Kabin at ExportFed which was really useful to clarify things, and confirm I had set things up correctly. It's a nice app that helps keep our shopify store and etsy in sync for quantity and also helps with automatic order fulfillment.

This APP does exactly what it is meant to do. Orders are synced from Etsy to Shopify fully automatically. I have had one or two issues but they have been resolved very quickly by the support team. There are some powerful features hidden in this app within the advanced settings.
Once you're familiar with the basics, it's well worth checking them out. In particular, I wanted to increase the prices between shopify and etsy to cover etsy fees which is in there. Updated 24 November 2021 - Continued good service from the team....

I will say that the app is not the most intuitive that I've used. That said, the support is amazing and helped me through every step. I was able to get our ShareASale fTP feed up & running very quickly and am finalizing our Etsy integration now. They respond quickly to emails & chats - very impressed overall!

My Etsy shop and Shopify channels have different currencies. When I first set up the integration I didn't notice that I had the integration syncing orders and inventory into Shopify. This made it so I had a different order total in my Shopify store than what was actually charged on my Etsy store. When looking through the app to see if I could update this feature it was not easy to find. So I jumped on the Chat feature and with the help of the support team I had it fixed in two minutes!
