Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I'm extremely impressed with the functionality of this app and the customer service I received. Navigating the technical side can be tricky and this app solved everything and made the process quite transparent and easy to use.
In addition, the real-time customer service was excellent and I was impressed that they went above and beyond to insure my questions were resolved. Would definitely recommend!!

Needed to create a datafeed from Shopify to ShareAsale and they helped me do just that. Chat was fast and easy. My first upload to ShareAsale and we will see how accurate the upload is.

It’s pretty alright. I’m more impressed with the support. I can’t remember their name, but they were pretty awesome and were about to get on some Google meeting or something to show my technology challenged self how to do something probably really easy. I didn’t have my computer with me, but the person was great. It’s me. I’m the problem ☺️

this is the only app we could find to support the specific export requirements for our Rakuten LinkShare product feed. It's taken awhile to tweak and update but customer support has been very helpful in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that come up. I've found that it's more helpful to communicate specific issues via email rather than the chat, and although there is a time difference with the US, I always receive a reply and constant communication until an issue is resolved!

This app makes my life so much easier. Bringing all Etsy orders into shopify, so I can ship and manage orders in one place. Plus the easy integration meant I managed to list all of my items on Etsy within minutes. The online support was also super efficient.

The agents are great. They are beyond helpful. They will work with you until everything works perfectly. A wonderful application and very cost effective

I have only just started to use this app, however so far I have found it very good and very easy to use. (and I'm not at all tech savy) The support service is excellent, very quick to respond very friendly and helpful. Hopefully it will enable me to grow my etsy business many thanks for the prompt assistance.
