Helpful, kind and knowledgeable I was able to get everything intergrated with less than 30 mins of help
I was having a lot of trouble setting up my shipping with Etsy. The customer service from this shopify (sync with Etsy) app was wonderful. The representative was so helpful and really showed me as a new business owner some valuable tools with the app while getting the solution for the shipping issue.
I highly recommend this app!

In the beginning I was very confused and I gave up. The support team reached out to me via email and google chat and LITERALLY walked me thru the ENTIRE process!!!!!!! 7 star review. After installing the app and linking it with Etsy I had some questions around how to sync the orders.

This is my first time using software like this for my Shopify Store. I am sending my items from Shopify to Etsy. So far it has been good as it is my first day. I did have one error but I used the chat to speak with someone about it and they immediately responded. I am in the trial phase of this and will give an update after my trial end date. So far it has been an easy and good experience.
