I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.

So far so good, have to say the biz customer service process if very good and clear to get onto some to help and the customer service person was very helpful

Fantastic Easy to work with Customer Service. Answered my questions and were patient through my learning curve of the new program/process. Very easy to use after going through a mini demo for my needs.
