the issue supposed to be solved. and just waiting for our refund.
to be honest. they kept following 10 times just to finalize the issue.
and that is a great sign for great customer service.

Have been using this app for almost an entire year and it was worked flawlessly. Occasionally, the steps to do something won't be as clear as I'd like, but I've never not been able to do what I needed and it'd probably be clear if I'd just spend more time with it.

App does not require any regular action from me. It just works happily in the background. Only when adding new products do I need to do something.

The only time I needed customer support, they were amazingly helpful. I wasn't experiencing issues, just had a question. I reached out to them via their chat support. My question was answered quickly and accurately.

Really enjoying this tool to ship our Etsy orders via MCF with Amazon!

Great app for linking products - had a few issues through my own making and they have been able to help us correct them. They also take feedback on board and have added in suggestions to the app throughout our time using it. Recently had an issue and Nirmal offered straight away to jump on a video call with us to sort it. Thanks!
