Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

2024: Be prepared to work with the support team to link produts. It can be complicated.

EDIT May 2025: Nevermind. I had 1 good experience, but the rest of my experiences have been absolute garbage. This app is so insanely complicated, not even the support team has been able to fix some of the problems. I have given this app over $2000 over the last 3 years. I pay so much for an app because I need it to sync Etsy and shopify products, and I need it to send my Etsy orders to shopify to be fullfilled. Does this app do that? Absolutely NOT. Do not waste your time with this app, do not waste your money, and do not waste your time trying to figure it out, and trying to speak with the support team. I'm doing everything in my power to get my money back because I cannot believe that they are allowed to charge me SO much money for something that doesnt work. Its outrageous.

EDIT May 2025: You will get the help you need if you get mad enough. The manager was lovely to work with, and very helpful and patient with me. But the rest of the support team needs improvement. Finally after 3 years of problems, I think we have worked it out.

Just started using it today but works great!

Fixed some of my bigger issues. customer support as always is great.

Still disappointed as well that the formating of text does not translate correctly.

Really Really great Customer service. Always online and super quick to respond with screenshots and support. There are a few glitches that are frustrating but overall an incredibly smooth well designed app. Has nearly every feature I would want and it all actually works. The setup is hard to learn but the customer service will always help you. A bit on the pricier side but you can't find anything this well made for this. Small issues: Formatting in text gets screwed up, so you have to go into each listing to edit description

NEVER use this app.
I REPEAT, NEVER USE THIS APP.
Not only it bugs, but they upload all your product (while you asked them not to do so) AND ERASE HOURS AND HOURS OF SEO WORK YOU HAVE DONE ON YOUR PRODUCT
TO AVOID AT ANY COST, TRUST ME!
There are also plenty of others new apps cheaper, which I will migrate once my contract ends with them.
Never again!

This app has been very beneficial. The app itself can be a little overwhelming and somewhat complicated, but the more I use it, the more I realize the complexities are necessary. The best part about CED is their customer service. We have been using them for over 2 years and their support has been fantastic. In particular Aman, Ritik and Phoenix are life savers!

We have used this app since 2020. This makes syncing seamless. We quickly got used to the interface and process (templates/profiling) and this has made us able to receive all of our orders in one place. Additionally, there is support that is very knowledgeable and quick to respond all the time. This is a great app.

really enjoyed the help I received for a syncing issue we had. the customer service rep Ritik stepped right in a did a great job. very insightful and always available.
