If I have any questions, I always receive quick and efficient answers. They help me correct but also teach me how to do it myself if an incident happens again.

Tech support was great on this, even though they knew I would only be using the free plan! They immediately responded to my questions and worked with me to get the app set up to my needs.

The app synchronizes orders and products very well, but the main point of the app is the support: they always provide immediate support and help with any issues I may have on the sync.

I had a few teething problems but customer service has been outstanding in helping me understanding the integration. Would recommend.
