I'm zero for two on CEDCommerce Apps. I recently left their Amazon integration for another vendor because inventory would not sync from orders.
Now, with the Etsy integration Inventory has stopped syncing and I've handle to cancel several orders from Etsy... diminishing my compliance with their platform.
I reached out for support who said they were syncing my inventory and not to worry. I just took another order for a product that should have been zero inventory.
Time to leave, hopefully I can get a partial refund for the year I pre-paid.

Customer service is really great, prompt, and clear. They have been able to help out with any hiccups that might occur.
They have improved greatly over the years and I am quite satisfied. Initially we encountered quite a few bumps with the app but they seemed to have gotten everything in place and it works great.
this app is so stunning! we are a well established etsy store but still have many problems when finding a suitable app to organize our orders.
But this marketplace fulfill all our needs. thank you!

Great customer service, this accomplished exactly what I needed to sync my shops. and relatively easy to transfer over digital downloads.
