Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

Great App - very easy to use!
Customer Service is on point! Do definitely reccomand for an easy connection to etsy.

I like this app. It is understandable and works well. The support is great! Every issue seems to get resolved. Much better than most apps I have used.

Anytime, I mean anytime, I have a question customer service support is amazing and so helpful, fast, and efficient. this is an amazing app, and the people behind it is even better. I would recommended it everyone who uses both Etsy and Shopify,

The app is very useful. I use it to list products to Etsy in "draft" form and then refine the final listing in Etsy. This allows me to get the photos and the attributes perfect in Etsy as they are slightly different to Shopify. I have configuired the app keep inventory up to date in Etsy (from Shopify) and maintain pricing (you can disconnect pricing at the product level if you want to provide separate pricing in Etsy). The app does a perfect job of importing orders back into Shopify when a new order is received. I currently have to manage refunds separately, it would be great if refunds were fully integrated with Shopify in future, but its not a big deal to be honest! Overall, an excellent intrgration app and the support is great: if you can't figure out how do something simply ask a question in the live chat window and the answer comes back within a few minutes!

The support for this app is fantastic. The team are always available and always able to help. For this reason alone it is worth the money. The ability to upload our product catalogue to multiple marketplaces via the app saves time and money.

So far this app is very user friendly. Much better than most. And the Live Chat help is immediate. Thank you!

I would call that HONESTLY - the worst plugin I have ever used. Uploading one listing takes ages and causing so many issues/errors.

I was trying to be so patient and do all step by step but after using that plugin for a nearly a year I still getting so frustrated to get some listings sorted

They have since bounced back from my original review. Customer service is now back on the ball, thankfully, and answers speedily.

Total customer service fail. I had been using this app successfully and suddenly it stopped working and my site doesn't link to the app. I opened a ticket with the supposed 24/7 customer service. Seven days later, in the middle of holiday selling season, and no one has addressed the issue. I have added to the ticket 5 times and still no response. I am NOT happy. I was planning on adding their eBay integration app after Shopify retired the eBay selling channel, but I am thinking twice! So frustrated.
