We had a slight hiccup with the app in two items being placed on the same order, but only one needing to go through the integration between Etsy and Shopify. The tech team did an excellent job fixing this for us and quickly resolving our issues!
I highly recommend Anyatra Singh for her technical assistance on the Cedcommerce platform. She provided me with invaluable support in publishing products on Etsy, especially when I was facing significant confusion on Shopify. Anyatra displayed exceptional patience and kindness throughout the process. Her positive energy was truly remarkable and uplifting. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and look forward to her guidance in creating compelling product descriptions in the future.

The app is helping me with my business with Etsy. I like everything about it. One little suggestion I would make to the developers is to enable the app to update tracking after order shipped/completed at Etsy. I would recommend.

We are happy to assist you on Etsy Marketplace. As you mentioned your concern about orders tracking update, we would like to inform that Etsy doesn't allow this. Once you mark your order as shipped on Etsy without tracking number, you can not update the tracking number and we follow the same.
We also communicate with Etsy team regarding the same but didn't get any response from them regarding this.
We will again try to communicate with Etsy team. Once again thanks for rating for features of app and support.

The Application wis excellent with customer service . The Customer service representative was truly amazing. However, without her , I honestly do not know if I would have been able to integrate with Esty. The App needs updating for people who are not computer savvy. Great Customer service.
