Automatically changed all my prices even tho we never turned on price sync and changed all sku's after auto linking all items. worst nightmare.
Etsy integration is a huge help to us. After a short learning curve, it's easy to use, and if any problems arise, a very competent support team provides immediate assistance. Highly recommended.
The CedCommerce App has been a great addition to our store. It makes managing our listings much easier by allowing seamless synchronization of products, inventory, and orders between the two platforms. This has significantly reduced manual work and helped us maintain accurate stock levels across channels.
The app is quite feature-rich and provides useful tools for bulk listing, order management, and product syncing. What we appreciate the most is the responsive and helpful customer support team — they are quick to assist and guide whenever any issue or question arises.

Do not use this app if you are serious about your business, because this team is not.
You can catch their attention ONLY if you uninstall and the manager immediately messages to make you stay.
The team has no clue what's going on in there- and best part- after you raise ticket, and problem is not yet attended, they try to cross sell the next plan or their "Assistance" services.
Worst service and tool possible, wish I had known better.

We worked with this company over 5 years and had a great experience working with Harsh Singh from the CedCommerce support.
Unfortunately I've had nothing but issues with CED Commerce. None of the issues were addressed all customer service rep did was bide time. First of all they charged me $1500 to connect my shop with my Etsy. Then charged nearly $100 a month for my shop to not even be syned accurately. It seems like I have to continuously contact my Etsy customers to let them know that they will be receiving the item they ordered. I'm currently looking for another Etsy Integration Platform that serves my business better. Hopefully before the next billing cycle.

The initial setup involved custom development work to enable reverse syncing between Etsy and Shopify, which was completed based on the specific requirements requested.
Regarding inventory synchronization, the app updates inventory from Shopify to Etsy in near real-time. However, certain updates depend on Etsy API availability and limitations, which can sometimes affect how quickly changes are reflected. Our team had also suggested managing inventory and order updates primarily from Shopify, which helps maintain accurate synchronization across both platforms.
In terms of billing, our plans include defined usage limits, and additional charges may apply if the usage exceeds the selected plan’s limits, as outlined in the pricing details.

Their customer support rarely responds to issues and now they have duplicated almost 7000 products as digital downloads. That cost us $1400. Do not use this app or company.

Garbage! Run... always asking for a meeting to sell you more when you ask for help and the Pop-Ups windows are out of control.
Inventory and picture do not change with my Esty store.
