Shikha was very thorough and patient. I was able to learn most basic actions to properly sync Etsy with Shopify. In spite of the language barrier, as Spanish is my first language, we were able to communicate effectively. Shikha is a good asset to CedCommerce.

This app is really great for syncing up shopify and etsy inventory so you can sell on both platforms with ease. Its mostly super easy to figure out on your own but I did need help with some pricing updates and the customer service was very responsive and helpful right away and walked me through it with patience and kindness.
