Extremely helpful and useful App. Customer Service actually will answer and help you with your problem no matter the time of day. Being able to talk to an actual person versus just a chatbox is critical, when you are trying to figure out something new. As the only app that allows me to connect my Etsy account to Shopify, it's pretty good. Requires a little getting used to but after that, it's superb. Support was on point and extremely helpful as well. It has really saved me a ton of effort.
