The app is a little bit hard to understand but they have chat support and the chat rep was able to get me up and running... Great service.

Just started using this app a few days ago. The customer support by Utkarsh has been extremely useful. He was extremely timely and thorough with the help I needed. The app itself has a lot of useful features to maintain ease of information flow between Shopify and Etsy. I highly recommend using this app if you are looking for an Etsy integration with Shopify.

Shika Chaturvedi is a great IT person! she specifically helped me resolve an error in my one of my orders.. it was showing up as a failed order :-( ...so I reached out the online help and within a few minutes Shika was there to assist me!
