Started with the free 7 day trial, then upgraded my account. Been using the service for about 2 months now, and I'm soo satisfied. I just wish there was an easier option to make each listings taxable ( improvement advice for dev. team). Every single time I needed help, customer service was literally just one chat away. I'm glad I discovered this integration. It has really made my life easier. Took a little time to get accustomed and comfortable, but now it's really a breeze! Highly recommend.

Great app and good support! Like the fact that if there is an issue, bug, or an error - a live agent will actually hop on chat with you and fix everything, unlike other apps.

I'm so glad to finally have a Shopify to Etsy transfer app - in the long run it's going to save me so much time - and like they say, time is money so it's really going to be a great value for what I'm getting. I'm very particular and each Etsy listing takes me 20-30 minutes from scratch, so to get my listing time down to about 5 minutes of tweaking/listing is amazing. People who aren't selling one of a kind items will probably be able to save even more time. That said, this app definitely has a major learning curve and can be a bit daunting at first but once you get the hang of it, it's really a breeze. I sell one of a kind items and really had to tweak my settings (about 5 or 6 times) but I think now that it's set the way it needs to be, the transfer from Shopify to Etsy should be consistent and exactly what I need. Do NOT hesitate to contact the customer service if you're having trouble (I'm not exaggerating the daunting learning curve) - far and away the BEST online customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone has been really patient with me and spent a lot of time helping my non-tech-savvy self through all the steps both through chat service and google chat. Aman spent several hours with me today, helping me get the last tweaks and I'm confident it will be smooth sailing from here out.
