Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

It's a really good app. It's cut down the time taken to upload new listings to Etsy and helps me to keep track of the published status of my listings on Etsy. I have about 400 different listings and was struggling to use another app, as it was time-consuming uploading new listings. It brings through your orders into your shopify store, which I find helpful. The support from the staff is excellent, they help you immediately and understand your needs. I haven't found the documentation very helpful as it doesn't tell you much more than the app itself. I've therefore needed to ask for help from the staff, but they are really knowledgeable and always sort it out.

This app is very helpful and always updating. They answer your questions quickly and troubleshoot all problems.

There have been small bumps in the road for our custom needs, but nothing the support team can not help address. They've been a great help. I can not speak for other reviewers but we recommend them 100%.

I cannot tell you how relieved I am to find this app (CEDCommerce Etsy Integration). We run a successful store on Etsy, but had to disable the store due to the cumbersome process of manually listing hundreds of our products and SKU's thereof from Shopify to Etsy and thereafter manual stock correction and inventory management on a daily basis. I have been looking for an app for this for years, and even tried using Sellbrite in the past, but that app only allowed one way sync and half automation is as good and no automation. The CEDCommerce Etsy Integration app is simple, very thoughtfully designed and works perfectly with no bugs. However, what has truly been the highlight is their outstanding support team. I was lucky to be assisted by Ms Shivalika Dev who went out of her way to promptly assist me with every little query of mine. She had a genuine interest in ensuring that my business on Etsy should be successful. Her technical knowledge, courtesy were exceptional and unbelievably prompt. I have dealt with many customer support teams over the years, but this team represented by Ms Shivalika Dev was by far the best customer support I have experienced every. Thank you for going out of your way to deliver an incredible product and even more incredible support. I and sure you will grow rapidly to be a leader in your field if you keep performing this way. I started using this App one year ago. Such a difference it has made for me in time saved from setting up two online shops as well as a brick and mortar. The ease with which this app integrates the shops is much appreciated. I must add too, that the support from cedcommerce is top notch! I am not a tech savvy person al all, and was struggling in the beginning before reaching out for help from them. Their patience in explaining and going over. ( again) the steps I needed to take to make it go smoothly was much appreciated. I would recommend cedcommerce to other businesses wanting to integrate their shops. Inventory tracking is a breeze now, and I no longer have to upload and write descriptions twice! This app has cut my online workload in half!
