Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

Excellent Support! First time using so I'm learning, looking forward for the next training session.

Great support! We had an issue with the app and the way it applies weights and the team was very prompt in fixing the issue.

He has been very patience with me through the process of migrating my products to Etsy.

It's a great app and the support it timely and accurate. The only factors that needs considering include:

- allowing products that are set to archive on the shopify end to automatically be removed from the etsy app.

- i've had random issues where some of my order sporadically do not sync correctly with shopify.

- adding products to the app is tedious as i have to individally enter each title to sync if I want specific products on the etsy end. This should be refined so it's a tick box exercise and sync all selected products in one hit.

Love this App! Easy to use- and even when I run into an issue or something I cannot figure out, customer support is always SUPER helpful and resolves my issues immediately. They have a convenient Chat support option, so I always get immediate help. I recently had Utkarsh help me with a problem, and they had it resolved within minutes!

The Cedcommerce team was extremely helpful, and I am very happy with their service. They went above and beyond to assist me and even offered listing optimization, which significantly improved my product visibility. Thank you for your excellent support

The app itself has some glitches and is not the most user firendly in terms of sorting and bulk activities. However, this is one of the ebst customer service I have experienced. There is always help available which makes me stick around. Overall, it's a good app. I am excited to see the improvements in the new versions but for now, it's the best you got on shopify.
