Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

This app is a life saver for my shop. Saves you a lot of time from having to load every item twice and with my shop having thousands of options it's literally saving me from hours and hours of double duty. Customer service is extremely helpful on assisting and giving detailed information on how to complete a task that I'm not familiar with in the system. So don't worry if the system is intimidating at first because they will help you walk through any item you need help with.

Was a good platform for moving products over. I found some issues with the app disconnecting. Easy to reconnect. But wasn't something I was able to keep up with personally. I got rid of the app because I stopped using etsy. But if I were to continue with that platform, I would have kept this app .

This app's customer service is nothing short of amazing! I had a few questions about the features, and their support team was super quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Excellent app! Excellent support available 24-7 and they are super friendly and knowledgable. Functions perfectly regarding keeping listings when they go out of stock by either putting them into the inactive or sold out categories on Etsy. This is something that other apps lack and is important because it enables buyers to continue viewing the listing- buyers and people who favorited it. The syncing of products and orders is seamless and happens nearly in real time with no delay.

Very Helpful App, allows me to connect my two stores and not worry about inventory issues. When there is a glitch the support team has been available via chat to help sort things out. Pricing is very reasonable. Appreciate this tool and how it helps my business be more seamless, less work!

Great apps for integration into other sales channels. It's crazy to manage it without this and there aren't any other apps I would consider. I tried them all and this was the only one that didn't force settings on you and just worked.

My first time using this app to update to Etsy. Had some errors but support jumped right in to help. But in the future would prefer a solution that I can fix on my own just in case support is not available

Utkarsh was very helpful. I was overwhelmed and he was able to help me create a step by step plan to get everything set up on Etsy. I had trouble figuring things out alone but the customer service is excellent and very helpful.
