The integration helps provided me with a seamless management experience of my inventory...wish the user interface was more intuitive.
This made the importing of my products from shopify to etsy pretty easy. Setting up the categories is a bit confusing but perhaps that is because I'm used to using my Shopify account. The expert chat tech was very helpful. I am excited to continue using this app as it provides a great solution for the tricky problem of getting all platforms to integrate.
Just too expensive, otherwise would give 5 stars. Works really well, but the volume of orders doesn't warrant the monthly cost. Maybe I'll come back as business grows

Hello, The app and support was extremely courteous and helpful, Utkarsh the represantive, I was in communication with, assisted with the syncing of my stores merchandise along with the shipping and store setup.
Awesome app for inventory management and sync. I was not able to sync listings and got help from support, it was really helpful, got a response at a time, and solved the errors in a few minutes. Thank you
There is no option within the app to cancel my account or remove billing information. I have messaged them to close my account but they keep billing it to my Shopify account without my permission. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP
They claim it is a "free trial" but then it is impossible to cancel the app and they keep billing you $60 a month direct to your shopify account. As it is not billed to a credit card it is impossible to block the payments or make a dispute.

I'm new to the app and have had a lot of questions, every one of which has been immediately answered by the customer service chat button. A+ for customer service. A few glitches in getting started but they were fixed very quickly. The app is doing exactly what I need of it.
Fantastic! The app looks beautiful, users friendly, and excellent customer services who are also very responsive.
Not user friendly at all. Integration is nice when it actually decides what order it wants to bring over.
