App itself can be a bit overwhelming at first, but it does work seamlessly once you figure out all of the settings. Love the amount of control the app provides, and the customer service can help you when you are confused or having trouble (thank you Ritik for helping me delete a listing that I incorrectly imported!)

Great support and very fast excited to work with with them and finally get my Etsy store up and going 5 star. This is the best support I have had in a long time. Have worked with many companies and have nothing but issues and days to follow up. Customer service is number 1.

Shikhar Gupta was super helpful with my beginner questions. 4 stars for now for the app since I've barely used it. I'm sure that will improve as soon as I figure it out. Thanks Shikhar!

Update: I've used the Chat feature on CedCommerce and continue to get great service. So I'm upgrading to 5 stars. Thanks to Adarsh as well.

We have just started using the app, the free version for now, with 10 products. Although complex, it is clear and easy to use, and it works well. We've already had our first sales through Etsy, syncing with Shopify has been completely problem free.
The customer service chat is prompt and responsive. So far my impression is perfect!

The setup is the most difficult part of the process but once it's set up correctly the App is Amazing. What is also amazing is the customer service. The staff is always available to answer any questions 24/7 and they know what they are talking about. This is by far the best experience I had with an App for my Shopify store.

This is the most sophisticated Etsy app as far we are concerned. They're extremely responsive on support and committed to finding solutions. It didn't quite work with our workflow, but with enough fine tuning, it's turning out to be a great solution for our store. I'd absolutely recommend the app for any other merchants. We tried 5-6 different apps and really tried to make them all work, but ultimately we settled in on this specific app integration and it's been a great tool for us.

5 Stars - I have used many shopify apps and what separates the great from the good is the custoemr service. Cedcommerce have been far and away the most helpful team in getting us onboarded. I have spoken to 4 different team members and all have been very helpful and friendly.

They were even on their chat over the bank holiday weekend. Have yet to review how well the software works for us but so far so good.

I was a bit skeptical about it but I found it much easier once one of their reps contacted me to walk you through some of their features so I would highly recommend that option. Their support is really top notch.

If you want to connect your Shopify store to Etsy, the Etsy Ced Commerce app is one of the best online. In particular, the 24/7 customer support is fantastic. If you have any issues, you can call them using Skype, share your screen, and have the person fix it right away. Anyatra Sing is one of the great girls who helps me almost always when I need it. She is also a very nice person.
