The customer support is fantastic. The app can be a bit confusing but I still need to get my head around it

We have used CedCommerce for Etsy integration for over a year to easily list our items from Shopify to Etsy. There were some hiccups early on but now the app works great and support is quick and responsive to help. The only improvement I would request is the ability to add onsite SEO more easily to product pages. Nonetheless, it is a massive timesaver for creating listings. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic support team, such a joy dealing with the team based in India. They were kind, patient and super smart ad very global, clearly making every effort to understand my frustration from my perspective even though it is easy to use once you are shown how. I was almost giving up, I loath apps that need a lot of effort. I dont mind paying subs etc, but it has to work and be slick; I have a job already, and I buy apps to offshore/outsource problems etc. The team in India was so brilliant in helping me onboard, so much so that I subscribed straight away so the exec team can see the impact of having great support in place. Highly recommended because of the support.

We spent days looking for the right app to sync our products with Etsy and thank god we came across this app. This is my first time leaving a review for any app, and we spend thousands of dollars a month on apps. Etsy Marketplace is by far the best app Shopify > Etsy ! they have one of the best customer support, email, skype even WhatsApp, you can reach out to them anytime. If you spend some time playing with the app and communicating with the amazing customer 1-1 support they give you, this app pays for itself within the first couple days you installed it.

Easy to connect and seems to do a great job as we add new items. The support was quick with online chat as I was working on adding items. The more I use it the more I love it. Selling on Etsy has helped our sales and makes this simple.

Very good and quick support. all necessary functions are available. sometimes you get API errors, but when regularly checking, you can remove the API errors.

Fantastic app, allowed me to get full syncing with Etsy and made listing the products extremely easily, nothing manual left to do. This app is set apart from the others by the support offered, most apps want to have no communication with you, this team are first class and guide you every step of the way.
