I've been using CedCommerce for well over a year and am definitely impressed. My main objective was to sync Shopify and Etsy, so products were aligned in terms of inventory, descriptions, images, etc., which it does perfectly. There's a lot of flexibility in the app and I've also been learning more about their additional services.
Most importantly, their customer service really sets the standard for how all companies should strive to be. Dhruv recently helped me with a question - not only did he answer it super quickly, he also taught me a lot more on how to make the most of the tool! I left feeling enlightened with more knowledge than I had anticipated and needless to say very pleased.
I have no regrets installing CedCommerce and would definitely recommend.
Our store was so busy the last few weeks adding new products and getting organized for BFCM sales weekend and on Thanksgiving day I still needed to link all the new products to Etsy and was feekling super overwhelmed and frustrated but when I got on a call with the CED rep named Anyatra she saw my frustration and took the time to help get everything up for us. She then saw some ways to better help our store which utilizes nearly 20 different apps already that for me is very hard to remember how they all function; but her CED experienced team could help us by merging the CED apps together and managing the integration parts themselves. This service takes so much pressure off of us and saves massive amount of time from troubleshooting the app whenever we add new collections. Her service was far beyond what we get from most apps and even Shopify support. Thank you.

This app has saved sooo much time, instead of rewriting all product descriptions you can just transfer over from the app nice and quick. Customer service is great too, quick response and they answer all your questions. Anyatra was very helpful quickly resolving my issue.
This app is a life saver for my shop. Saves you a lot of time from having to load every item twice and with my shop having thousands of options it's literally saving me from hours and hours of double duty. Customer service is extremely helpful on assisting and giving detailed information on how to complete a task that I'm not familiar with in the system. So don't worry if the system is intimidating at first because they will help you walk through any item you need help with.

Very Helpful App, allows me to connect my two stores and not worry about inventory issues. When there is a glitch the support team has been available via chat to help sort things out. Pricing is very reasonable. Appreciate this tool and how it helps my business be more seamless, less work!
Excellent app! Excellent support available 24-7 and they are super friendly and knowledgable. Functions perfectly regarding keeping listings when they go out of stock by either putting them into the inactive or sold out categories on Etsy. This is something that other apps lack and is important because it enables buyers to continue viewing the listing- buyers and people who favorited it. The syncing of products and orders is seamless and happens nearly in real time with no delay.
Utkarsh was very helpful. I was overwhelmed and he was able to help me create a step by step plan to get everything set up on Etsy. I had trouble figuring things out alone but the customer service is excellent and very helpful.
