Extremely fast customer support. Looking forward to hopefully being able to email and text RSVPs in the future. Easy to install, and super simple design. I downloaded 3 other apps and this was the easiest to use and fastest to set up! Great for collecting RSVPs for an event!

Easy to install and get up and running. Instantly connected to my google calendar and displays very nicely on our website. I contacted support about one issue (my fault) and got an immediate response which fixed it. Fits our needs perfectly and highly recommend!

Great app and great developer! Meets all of our needs minus one or two things which the developer is working with us on to make sure our needs are met. We use this for daily ticket sales in the store through Shopify POS as well as online through our website. Support is very good although response times are sometimes a bit slow, I'm hoping this improves in the future.

I tried many solutions and this one is by far the most functional and elegant. The developer, Alex, is also very helpful and has consistently responded within 12 hrs of contacting him. I'm giving it five stars in the hopes that Alex implements many of the solutions that were suggested in our communications. These suggestions will also make the $19.99/mo cost for the Professional Plan which includes adding your ticketing links and event thumbnails more valuable.

you can't limit the amount of tickets per order. you can't set a date to end ticket sales. it's too expensive

I'm just getting started with this app but Alex is more than helpful. I see all the potential to save time with my events and being more organized. I appreciate the personalized service.

Update: It's been more than 24 hours since I have received a response from their support team. Unacceptable. The app itself is fantastic! Love the look of it, super easy to set up. However, their customer service is atrocious. I've been waiting over 18 hours for someone to respond to an issue I am having with their app. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of support.

So far, so good! I needed a little extra help setting up due to some technical issues on my side, but Alex killed it! Got it installed and running pretty quickly. Will update as review as I go along since I am still only in the first week.

Very slow support, you have to send twice or three times emails in order to be answered. Online chat almost never works. The calendar doesn´t look exactly as advertised. It only works in English, if you want a spanish or international calendar this is not your app.

I'm really sorry that you weren't satisfied with Event Calendar App. We're open from the start that support is currently manned by one person (me) so that means I can't always reply instantly. I do however aim to get back to people as quick as possible, usually within 24 hours.

We have many different options available to customise the calendar. If it doesn't look the same as our demo calendar, then this will just be because it's not customised the same. I'm here to help if you need any guidance with this.

In terms of multi-language support, that is correct, we currently only support English at the moment. We don't claim anywhere that the Event Calendar is multi-lingual. However, you can add events in whatever language you like, it's just that there are a few words in the user interface that currently cannot be translated.
