The app is GARBAGE, I'm 90 minutes from the start of the event and the validation and service is completely down, I can't access the app from Shopify and customers can't see their tickets.
Nobody responds to this urgency, you are disgusting.

It is extremely rare for Evey to go offline like that. However, it did go offline, and it did mess up your event, and we truly regret that. I know we can't go back in time to fix the event experience for you or your attendees, but I will make sure that you and all our other merchants who were affected by this outage are given priority in the coming months to ensure all your future events run smoothly.
The timing was bad for us as well. It happened right when we typically have our fewest staff online. It took us longer than it should have to get the right people working to fix the issue. This is something we're addressing and will improve going forward.
I hope you choose to continue doing business with us. We really do care about your experience. We will do better.

This app has been a game-changer so far for our company! Prior to this, we were using Excel sheets to monitor and check in our guests with different ticket types. This caused so much confusion, frustration, and was extremely time-consuming. With Evey, all that hassle is eliminated. It's easy to create and merge existing events, upload event attendees, and customize their tickets. The Evey team is extremely helpful and responds in a timely manner to questions. I'm looking forward to trying out the check-in process at our upcoming event, but I am anticipating this will go smoothly!
Not that we hate excel (in fact, we love it), but... one of our favorite things to hear is that we've helped merchants manage events without over-reliance on spreadsheets.
They are hard to manage, scale and update. Especially in the middle of event registration!

The product does what I needed for tickets to our museum and will be helpful for all of the events that will be going on at the museum. The team was very helpful in helping to make sure that the theme I had worked with their app.

Very happy with the tech team sorting out my issue (Zac) took a little longer than expected but glad it's done! My only issue was the slow response from Customer services (emails only) and having to chase them for updates regularly. Otherwise, it's good.

As a dance instructor, this app has made scheduling classes easy. Ticketing for my dance workshops is seamless, too, since you can use an Android or iPhone, while most apps require Apple devices. My theme recently did an update that was causing issues with the app. Ron was quick to respond to all of the questions and concerns I had.
