Couple of things. 1. RON IS AMAZING! and the whole staff is extremely helpful when needed. 2. This is a growing product. Remeber that. Problems could happen but they will work diligently to fix it.

As a dance instructor, this app has made scheduling classes easy. Ticketing for my dance workshops is seamless, too, since you can use an Android or iPhone, while most apps require Apple devices. My theme recently did an update that was causing issues with the app. Ron was quick to respond to all of the questions and concerns I had.

I dealt with Zach Siecinski over the last few days and he was brilliant. He resolved all my issues and answered all my questions, being attentive at all times.

Very easy app to use for event tickets on Shopify. Their team is extremely helpful and they always respond quickly. Everything has been great.
