While it could have a more amicable UI, this app delivers what it promises. I made a suggestion to the method of calculating LTV and it was pushed in under 24 hours! Impressive! Thank you for your support :)

We’ve used this tool for several months to track cohort retention rates and help us identify drivers of retention. It’s an an excellent visualiser of retention and I would highly recommend to anyone working to improve their repeat customer rates.

This app is the best LTV cohort analysis app I have found on Shopify that allows you to segment customers by first order purchase. Super useful & amazing app! I hope the developers will continue to add new features & make it even more robust!
