⁠Had some issues with the shoppable videos carousel initially may be the theme I have used have conflicted with their system, I reported, they responded promptly inspected the issue and asked for a few more days and fixed it before that time. What I liked the most is they explained me why it may take this much time to resolved it. So professional.. Highly recommeded.
