I needed a simple and seamless app for reviews. I dislike coding and leave immediately when an app requires it for installation. I love the fact that it automatically installs it on the most impactful page, “home page.” And I have the option to add it on my product pages as well. First time using customer service last night; well early morning 4am, and they were most helpful. Definitely a keeper app.

Afreedi was great! The response time was pretty quick. So the customer service is great. I haven't used the app yet so I will review that later. But awesome customer service! Review update - App is very easy to use and no glitches.

Just download the app, throw your concerns out.. and i assure you, you'll itch to come to this shopify app not because you need to but because you know that every problem you have will be solved, dealt with with haste. Even as of now after I've started my trial and testing out the app Afreedi is on standby waiting for me to shout for help again! if i need any! (btw, i dont code, total newby, and it was easy) !!
