This app does the job well for costing nothing. If you just started your store on a shoestring budget, give it a shot. The support team is patient and helpful. The upsell features will defintely help boost sales.

Not recommending the app to anyone. Contacted support about 3 weeks ago and the issue inside the app still isn't fixed.
Hannah from Shopify already told us and the user that the issue is not at app's end, its something at Shopify's end.
Shopify's line item system is not showing some orders and they assured you and us in a common email chain that they will fix it asap. They didn't gave a timeline though but they will fix it.
User told us that he will delete this review when Shopify will fix it.
Although its not app's issue but we accept it as we are a part of Shopify and we would love to take equal responsibility.

We decided to try this app in order to create some additional dynamics at the check-out, specially to set up the option "gifts with purchase". Unfortunately for that specific purpose, this will not be the best app as the gift is not removed from the cart if the product it is associated with is removed. If the app would add this feature that would be an amazing bonus and the app would cover many needs at the same time! However it works wonderfully to create discounted upsell offers, really recommend! The app is super intuitive, the staff is very accessible and always super available. Thank you!
Chat customer support was great! They were able to troubleshoot immediately. Easy to set up. Just needed help for the AJAX cart settings. Otherwise, great customer service!
I was having issues getting a BOGO to work, Vishwal fixed it in less than 2 minutes. These guys are great. Can't wait for them to add more apps.
