It used to be great, but they rolled out a new version that's incredibly buggy and changed how it works on the cart page. Never been fixed. Looking for a replacement app now.

Great app, but also the customer support was very fast to answer and to attend the request, great to work with. Highly recommended.

It just stops showing upsells and addons for no reason. Every time you need to contact the support to fix it. Every time you contact the support you need to prove that there's a problem. Then they say it's fixed then you check and it's not fixed then the guy in the support just ends the chat to pass you to another person and then you need to go through the whole process again. Not recommended.

This app/company offers amazing customer service, they help us integrate our shop with their product.

The app is good, but the service is even better. If you have an issue, they will most certainly work to resolve it. We had a mistake in the way we had things configured and they were very kind to assist and even booked a video call to clarify things.

Great app for what you need it for in terms of easy upselling yet what's better is the support. They were there the entire way helping to correct anything that the theme might have interfered with or if there was a conflict with the app. Very responsive with their emails and even jumped on a quick call so I could better explain it further. Amazing team and app. Thanks

Great support team, they're always quick to respond and figure out the problem. They understand how their app works with others' and your coding to figure out where an issue is occurring - if that ever happens. The great majority of the time this app works seamlessly, it's just when I start adding other apps that the potential for interference occurs. Great app, would 100% recommend!
